Gailleur Labs is an AI-first software studio, founded by Jean-Francois Gailleur. We build software the way we think it will be built: a team of AI agents doing the design, the engineering, the testing and the writing — alongside few people per team.
The first experiment is Domi Agent, the Household Office: an AI-native operating system for running a household. Another experiment is building an agentic software factory — the team of AI agents that builds Domi, and what it takes to direct it. Everything we learn from both is written down here, one sprint at a time, including the wrong turns.
