The more a household has, the more it quietly demands. Insurance renewals, inspections, tire changes, vaccine schedules, the mortgage rate that resets in fourteen months, the warranty that expires next spring, the policy whose cancellation window closes before you have read the letter. Each one is small. The work is remembering all of them, at the right moment, forever — and that work does not scale with income. It scales with what you own.

Task apps assume you have already done the hard part: noticed the obligation, understood what it was, decided it mattered, and written it down in the right place. Calendars only show you what you already decided. Neither has read a single one of your documents. That is the part Domi is built to remove.

1. Hand it the paperwork. Forward an email, upload a PDF, or photograph a letter. A vision-capable model reads it — no forms, no tagging, no filing system to maintain.
2. It builds the model. Facts land in a private knowledge graph of people, assets and obligations: this car belongs to this person, who lives at this address, heated by this boiler, serviced by this company, insured under this policy, covered until this date.
3. It tells you what is next. A prediction engine turns that model into the work ahead — and surfaces it with room to act, not the night before. When a contract has a cancellation window, Domi counts backwards from it.

• Reads your documents. An invoice, a policy, a warranty, a benefits booklet — it files itself, linked to the right asset or person, with renewal dates, coverage and maintenance schedules pulled out on the way in.
• Watches the deadlines that cost money. Renewals, payments, warranties and cancellation windows, with reminders that count back from the notice period rather than the due date — so the window to re-shop is still open when you hear about it.
• Answers from your own records. How much your health plan covers for massage therapy. When the dishwasher warranty expires. What the veterinarian recommended last visit. Which bills are due this month. Every answer is grounded in your documents and your data — not generic AI knowledge, and not a guess.
• Connects your inbox and calendar. iCloud and Microsoft 365 connect directly, or forward mail to your household's private address from any address Domi already knows is yours. Gmail connection is still in Google's verification queue and isn't open to beta households yet.
• Works with the assistant you already use. Claude and ChatGPT can reach your household directly over MCP. You grant each client read or read-and-write access, and revoke it instantly from settings.
• Takes action, with your say-so. Create tasks, add assets, file documents, capture notes, update the shopping list. In the app, everyday bookkeeping — list items, notes, onboarding answers — saves as you go, and Domi can also refresh its own predicted reminders on request, the same refresh that already runs hourly in the background; anything else that changes your household records shows you a confirm card first. A connected outside assistant works under the grant you gave it instead: it can create records, add to a note, and tick things off — but it cannot edit what you have already written, and it cannot delete or archive anything, so nothing it does can remove your records. Every write is rate-limited and logged, and you can revoke an assistant's access the moment you change your mind.
• Speaks English and French. One French, written for readers on both sides of the Atlantic. Currency, units and the shape of the week follow the household — dollars, pounds or euros; metric or imperial; a week that starts on the right day.

>privacy

This is family data, so the posture is stated plainly rather than marketed. Every household's data is isolated at the database level, and that isolation is enforced by the database on every request. Selected sensitive fields — filenames, chat messages, connector tokens, and personal-detail records — are always encrypted under an operator key. A household owner can additionally turn on per-household envelope encryption, which extends coverage to entity details, document file bytes, and the search index.

It is not zero-knowledge today: the keys are operator-held, which is what lets the agent keep working while you're asleep. It protects against a stolen database or backup, not against Domi itself. Infrastructure runs in the United States. Privacy practice is built to the strictest standard across the markets Domi serves, with a documented impact assessment and a named privacy officer. There are no ads, and there never will be — the business model is a subscription, which is the only one that does not require reading your household back to someone else. The current encryption model is described honestly in the app.

Domi Agent is in private beta, built and dogfooded daily on a real family's real paperwork since the first sprint — the bar has always been that it saves its author real time before it is offered to anyone else.
